When money is tight and you still need to feed your family, what is your go to for cheep but healthy meals? When I am in a jam, I tend to go for the easy like pancakes, but those are not exactly healthy. I have created a list of food that can help when things are tight or just trying to save on money in general as we all know the grocery bill can get a little high.
